5 Stars to Finch!! The service was tol notch, and the help I received from Shannah in the service department was great. My issue with my brand new Jeep Renegade ( from another dealership) was handled by them the best they could in the situation with parts not available and on the slow boat to Canada LoL. They provided a rental car from Enterprise so I could get around during the wait. As I mentioned, this issue was only “dumped” on Finch’s lap because I live so close to them and they took care of it. The Service Dept. Shannah and Lori , to the mechanics that got it sorted out deserve a shout out for the effort.
